Here with me there's no need to search for the little (GF) symbol because absolutely everything I bake is 100% Gluten Free.

More about me

I have celiac disease, and I was diagnosed in spring 2019 after a serious onset of symptoms and a rapid decline in my health. My sister is also coeliac as well as aunts uncles and cousins. I found it surprisingly straightforward adapting to a gluten free lifestyle.

I think this is partly due to growing up around coeliac and seeing my family members leading the way with a healthy happy lifestyle. I started teaching myself to bake through lockdown and found that gluten free baking was something I was good at.

I have also adapted my gluten free recipes into vegan and also without dairy. As a mother of 3 daughters and 2 grandchildren, I found the need to adapt to dietary needs within the family as I know lots of other families do. Baking for children brings me so much happiness. Knowing they've had a special birthday with their own cake made just for them.

I pride myself on my love of traditional british cakes. You can order these any time or have a selection on market days. Celebrations and birthday cakes are made to order and I now make and design bespoke wedding cakes.

I'm passionate about flavour and quality as we deserve the best and deserve to celebrate in style 🥂. You'll be happy to know I am also very mindful of the environment in my business and personally.

I've taken steps to minimise, reduce and eliminate some single use plastics when baking.
